CORALIS project has partnered with the Horizon Europe project RISERS to strengthen industrial symbiosis (IS) initiatives across Europe.
The synergy between the two projects was established during a joint RISERS-CORALIS online workshop held on 20 November 2024. This event facilitated a productive exchange of knowledge, particularly on key areas such as energy management, resource efficiency and standardisation needs. The dialogue emphasised the importance of aligning efforts to ensure that IS solutions can be scaled and replicated across Europe.
As part of this collaboration, CORALIS aims to contribute its learnings to RISERS’s roadmap development while integrating RISERS’s insights into its strategies for IS replication and dissemination. This partnership underscores a commitment to accelerating the transition to a circular economy and achieving Europe’s climate neutrality goals.
